Shipping & Handling

US SHIPPING 

Evenfall Jewelry offers a $5 Flat Rate Shipping fee within the US, with an additional $1 fee per item in order.

Priority and Express shipping are also available at checkout.

Delivery timeframes can be estimated to arrive between 1-5 days depending on the method chosen at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard $20 flat rate is added on all international orders. Please note for international orders, all customs and duties are the responsibility of the buyer. 

PROCESSING

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to process. 

Evenfall Jewelry is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our facility. 

RETURN POLICY 

For any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer credit for unworn items that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned merchandise should be accompanied with the original packaging and show no signs of wear. 

To request an exchange for site credit, email jillian@evenfalljewelry.com with “exchange request” and order number in the subject line. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to get back to you with the next steps. 

Once we receive the return to our facility in the required conditions, we will issue you an online credit code via email, which can be used to place a new order exclusively on evenfalljewelry.com. 

Site credit codes are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Shipping and costs are not refundable. All international sales are final. All discounted orders are final. 

Evenfall Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received that do not meet our return standards including (1) shipped after the 14-day grace period (2) worn/show signs of wear (3) altered (4) damaged in any way. We are not responsible for any shipping fees for returns, or lost/untraceable shipments. 

NOT QUITE RIGHT?

Each Evenfall Jewelry piece is inspected before packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please email jillian@evenfalljewelry.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. 

Items received damaged will be handled on a case by case basis.
